Won't stop trying...
Words jostle for attention in the forefront of her mind, each one wanting to be selected, to have meaning…
She tries to somehow make sense of them all, wanting desperately to be able to use them to their full potential, yet not quite able to do so…
She’s frustrated. Needing to find a way to express all of these thoughts and ideas…

Taking the time.....
It only takes a minute or two, to think of the words,
To let someone know, their worth in the world,
Letting them know, may seem the simplest thing to do,
But taking the time to do it, brings out the best in you.
It's time to start again...
Okay, this is the first time I’ve properly put pen to paper in a long time. I don’t expect any great writing to happen straight away but feel it’s a start, a new beginning, where I can once again channel myself, my thoughts & emotions, into something that either excites my own mind or makes an impression in the minds of those who choose to read it.
And so it hopefully...

Rainy Day...
As the raindrops fall around me, each one on their own mission south,
I feel the coolness of their being, caress me on their way,
Heavy skies and puddles galore,
Clouds with promise of much more,

Yet this time there’s more excitement, of what is yet to come…
Not weather related, but from what is in my tum!
My little bun will soon be with us and all the joy she’ll bring…
Makes me happy & smiling and my heart begins to sing…

I feel so seperated these days, so apart from everything that was once part of me…
I know it has to be this way, to a certain degree, as other things occupy my time right now…
But doesn’t mean I don’t still miss the daily contact and all that it would bring…
Hopefully soon I’ll find the balance, a way to do it all…
Maybe then I’ll find a way...

Gosh will today never end? Cannot believe it is only ten to 4 in the afternoon, i have now been up for 12 hours! I am so ready for the working week to be over and ready for some chill time.

Morning Glory...
As I rouse from my slumber, yawning the night away, I find the strength to depart from the cosy and warm duvet.
Stumbling for a minute or two to get my bearings, clothes on, teeth brushed, who cares what I’m wearing?
Into the car, much more awake now, ready to attack the miles at full steam, pick up Roz, quick coffee and go, off on our walk around the place we know.
